Tory Lanez Sued For Alleged Hit-and-Run Accident Involving Range Rover

Tory Lanez legal troubles are far from over.

The Toronto Rapper is being sued by a man who says he became disfigured after a terrible hit-and-run accident by a person driving a car that’s owned by Lanez. The lawsuit was filed by Barry Fine and named Tory Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, as the first defendant and his insurance company AIG as the second defendant.

According to the plaintiff, he was driving around Florida on January 23, 2021, in his 2020 Porsche Cayenne Coupe when the vehicle owned by Tory- a 2016 Range Rover allegedly caused a “chain reaction rear-end collision striking one vehicle propelling that vehicle into Plaintiff’s vehicle.” According to Radar Online, the plaintiff noted that the driver in the accident was “unknown.”

It further said that the driver for the car did not stop to render help, but instead, it “fled the scene,” with the car being found abandoned on 1-95 in Miami a short while after. Fine alleged that he sustained serious injuries, and his car was badly damaged from the impact of the accident.

His pleadings further claimed that Lanez should pay damages according to the law of tort for his vehicle being involved in the accident. He claims that Lanez gave the unknown driver permission to drive the car.

He is claiming damages amounting to more than $30,000 injuries, including disfigurement, physical and mental pain and suffering, medical expenses, loss of earning capacity, a permanent injury, significant scarring, and out-of-pocket expenses. According to him, Lanez and the insurance company should also pay for the damage to his Porsche by paying the difference between the car’s value before the accident and its value after the repairs are made.

Meanwhile, Lanez had not responded to the latest lawsuit, served to his home in Miami. The rapper has been facing heat since the ongoing trial for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in her feet.

He had his bail reposted and increased earlier this month after the judge found he had violated the protection order to keep 100 feet away from Megan.

The rapper also signaled via his social media account that he was in distress as he deleted all the content from his Instagram account. He also made cryptic posts which led fans to believe he was heading to jail for breaching the protection order again. is still

Meanwhile, the trial for the shooting incident continues on September 24, 2021.

Spice Tells Chug It See You In Court After Demands For Refund & Apology

Spice and Chug It heads to court after the promoter demands for a full refund and public apology was rebuffed by the dancehall star’s legal team.

Less than 24 hours after Chug It published a demand letter to Spice for an apology and a refund for monies paid for a September 5 performance that the company says she was a no show for, Spice has replied.

Spice, whose real name is Grace Hamilton, is being represented by Attorneys-at-law Ayisha Robb based in Jamaica and Darrell Thompson based in the USA. On Tuesday, the lawyers, via a letter responding to the Attorney for Chug It via its owner Andrew ‘French’ Wright and his Attorney Peter Champagnie, Q.C.said the artist will not be refunding any money and will not be apologizing either.

Spice’s letter on Tuesday responded to the claims by Chug It and claimed that Chug It breached the contract it had with Spice. The Breaches as outlined in the letter are that:

  • She was not required to perform before 9 p.m. The contract stipulated she would perform no later than 11:30 p.m. without any mention of an earlier performance time.
  • The promoter did not purchase Spice’s ticket. The credit card was declined by 2 different airlines for three (3) of the tickets, 2 people in Jamaica and 1 in New York.
  • No transportation was provided for Spice on her arrival in Miami.
  • No ground transportation or security personnel was provided for Spice by Wright in Miami.
  • The required hotel room was not provided to Spice.
  • Wright proceeded to defame/ tarnish Spice’s brand and reputation on social media and this matter will be pursued through the courts.
  • Spice (The Queen of Dancehall) has been performing for over 20 years both locally and overseas and has always been present and on time for her shows.
  • Chug It sent a letter to Spice earlier this week demanding that she repay the money she allegedly received to perform at the event by September 15 and issue a public apology for her “offensive and baseless Instagram posts” and remove the said material from her social media accounts. The apology was specifically in relation to Spice claiming that Chug It scammed her fans and used her name to promote their show.

However, Chug It’s letter on Monday claimed that Spice was paid in full, but she failed to show up to perform at the event set for 9:25 PM. The letter also said The letter claimed that the event promoters have evidence that Spice was paid in full for all other usual costs related to her performance and entourage six hours before her performance.

Chug It has not responded as yet.

Kylie Jenner Confirms Pregnancy With Second Baby With Travis Scott

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott confirm expecting a second baby.

Kylie Jenner shared the news on Tuesday night amidst previous speculations that she was pregnant. In a 1:30 second video shared to her official Instagram account, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian reality TV star confirmed she’s expecting her second child with rapper Travis Scott.

The video showed her pregnancy test as she surprises a sleeping Scott with the news, as well as the couple visiting the doctor where they are told they are “a couple days away from a heartbeat” and while their three-year-old daughter Stormi looks on.

Later on in the video, Stormi is seen kissing her mother’s belly and even looking at the pregnancy monitor as the doctors attend to her mother. It’s unclear how far along Kylie is but her Tik Tok fans long suspected she was pregnant.

Her family, on the other hand, appeared happy as Kylie’s video at the end showed everyone having dinner. A clip in the video also shows mom and manager Kris Jenner being handed an envelope containing sonograms by Stormi, which she opens and examined before realizing that Kylie is pregnant. “What is this? Wait a second, are you pregnant?!” She asks as she opens the envelope. “This is one of the happiest days of my life.”

“Stormi, we’re gonna have a baby!” Kris then says to her granddaughter before exclaiming, “This is one of the happiest days of my life!”

Other highlights of the announcement video showed Scott clearly happy about the announcement. The pair have had a rocky relationship since the birth of Stormi and have had several breakups and make-ups. The pair appeared to have got back together in May 2021 following a breakup in late 2019 but appeared to still be together in a rumored open relationship. Things started looking good for the couple this year when they were spotted out in Miami earlier in the year getting cozy at a club in Miami for Scott’s birthday.

Meanwhile, according to TMZ, sources say that Kylie “has been trying for almost two years to get pregnant” and that she’s now in the “early stages of pregnancy.”

DJ Khaled Says Jamaica And “Dancehall Is A Part Of My Story & It’s Such A Blessing”

DJ Khaled shares how Jamaica and dancehall played a major part of his story.

Over the years, DJ Khaled’s unique touch on music has created a fan frenzy. From his most popular taglines like “We the Best” to “Another one!” it seems like almost everything he does goes viral. He’s now well respected in the hip-hop genre, but in a recent interview with the Recording Academy, he shared how much of a major influence dancehall and Jamaican culture have been in his life and career.

DJ Khaled expressed the sentiment while being interviewed for an episode of the Up Close & Personal podcast. He revealed that both dancehall and Jamaica have played an elemental role in his appreciation of music.

“Dancehall is a part of my story, you know what I’m saying, Jamaica is a part of Khaled’s story and it’s such a blessing. I love reggae music and I love dancehall,” he added.

It’s not just something that Khaled randomly decided to follow either, as dancehall music was a big part of his youth, he revealed. The “I’m the One” singer also shared that he was enthusiastically supported by the Jamaican dancehall community in the early days of his career. He also recalled doing shows regularly in Kingston.

“I grew up listening to dancehall, playing dancehall music with hip hop. As a young kid, I used to be in Jamaica, I use to basically live in Miami and Jamaica. I sound clashed, I’ve deejayed in Kingston throughout the whole beginning of my career,” he added.

As he continued to get deeper into dancehall and reggae, his appreciation for music expanded, and this translated into a successful career in production. He never had any intentions of forgetting the island that gave him his foundation, and so he felt it was only right that he featured dancehall on his latest album Khaled Khaled.

Khaled also recalled the years when his name started to get more popular as he became a sought-after deejay in both Miami and the Caribbean because of his special dubplates. He was also one of the deejays who was known for playing hip hop and reggae as well.

This is one of the reasons that he showed some love to Jamaica in his latest offering.

“And all those artistes you saw on my album on that song, my friends that cosigned me in the beginning of my career. They use to give me dubplates and they put their hands around my shoulder saying we love this kid and I never forget where I come from,” he explained.

The love and appreciation that he has for the genre was shown in the track “Where We Come,” which he admitted is one that he especially loves from the album. His desire was to bring together some of the veterans of dancehall on one track, which he accomplished.

“That record, Buju, Capleton, and Bounty have never been on a record together and those are all big huge reggae Jamaican worldwide icons and that record is one of my favourite records,” he continued.

The video for that track was a genuine and raw cut as Khaled revealed that all the artists came together in St Ann and just started filming. The video has been extremely well received as it has brought in over 13 million views since its debut on May 1, 2021.

DJ Khaled also revealed that he was excited to be working on Bounty Killer’s upcoming album King Of Kingston.

His motivation behind Khaled Khaled was to produce something that fans would love and respect. He also said he used his real name as an ode to artists like Jay-Z, whose music evolved when he started using his real name, Sean Carter.

The producer added that it was important for him to bring together Jay-Z and Nas on the track “Sorry Not Sorry” to inspire people to come together to work for success. Check out what Khaled had to say below.

Spice Blast Chug It After Failed Miami Show, Promoter Threatens Legal Action

Spice put promoters of Chug It on blast over failed Miami performance amid threats of legal actions.

For the Labor Day Weekend, the Queen of Dancehall was set to perform in Miami, Florida, on September 5 (Sunday), but according to Chug It, the artiste did not show up. To explain the misconceptions, Spice took to her Instagram live on the night of September 5 to explain from her point of view what exactly occurred.

Spice went back to the beginning of the story as soon as she hopped on IG Live, where she recalled that two of her travel parties which were traveling from Jamaica and another from New York, both could not board their flights as they received an email that their tickets were canceled. The airline disclosed that the cancelation was a result of the flight tickets being purchased using a fake credit card.

Spice then continued saying that, even though the flight information she received for herself was late, she endured the confusion and purchased a flight ticket out of her own pocket, which was the first instance where her contract with Chug It was breached.

Spice was furious and revealed that she wanted full reimbursement as she had to pay for her own flight ticket.

Chug It responded to that, saying that they’d pay through Cashapp, but since their cards kept declining, Spice told them she wanted the money in cash.

The second breach stemmed from the lack of transport when she and her travel parties made it to the airport. Spice claimed that she was waiting for almost an hour, and the ride still hadn’t shown up, which left her no choice but to hire a Lyft, which came at 7:30 after her flight had already landed at 6:30.

To make matters even worse, Chug It went ahead and procured a regular room at a hotel, so Spice had to get her own suite after her business manager, Elsie, talked to the manager at the hotel to tell them that Spice was an international artiste and she couldn’t stay in a regular room at their establishment. While in New York, Spice still failed to get information from them.

In light of the situation, Spice sent an extremely frustrated email to the Chug It administration, explaining the struggles she had gone through to make it to the show.

Chug It later responded to Spice was an apology, which contradicted the Instagram story they posted a few hours later, saying, “Please be informed that CHUG IT has met all obligations with paying the Artiste Spice $38, 773.42 despite the no show. Our attorneys will be proceeding with taking immediate legal action for refund and damages caused.”

Spice continued to reveal a multitude of receipts she gathered up throughout each failure on her way to the event, such as; her snapshots taken at the airport and a plethora of screenshots of her conversations with the Chug It team.

Spice went on to reveal that she couldn’t believe that the promoter, Andrew French Wright, would do this to her. She also identified her travel parties, her manager, and her makeup artist as her human (live) receipts, who were there with her every step of the way.

“You can try fi sue me, but unu caa win cause a sue fi sue…Andrew yuh wicked to me,” Spice continued to declare throughout her live, targeting the crew responsible for Chug It as well as the owner and founder of the Chug It series.

Spice also brought to light that, in a previous meeting they held with a Chug It counterpart, Mr. Lewis, and through text messages, Chug It confirmed that her performance would start at 8:15 pm, but they lied about the itinerary and the confirmation of time.

It was quite suspicious since the flyer stated that the show would be held from 12 pm to 8 pm.

The “Frenz” singer acknowledged that when she went to the venue at the given time, police had already closed off the venue to the public.

Spice also clearly stated that she was professional, and she has never missed a show nor flight no matter the time that it was being held as she knows how much her fans and supporters look forward to her performances.

“A 20 years mi a perform inna dancehall, mi neva miss a flight; nuh care how mi av show back to back, nuh care how the flight a six o’clock inna morning, mi neva miss a show, mi neva miss a flight, yuh deliberately set mi up fi miss da show yah, a doh know the reason but unu caa trick mi,” she stated.

In the last few minutes of her IG Live, Spice sincerely apologized to fans for everything that occurred as Spice knew how excited fans were to see her. She also took the time to inform Chug It that she has now hired a lawyer to bring charges of defamation of character against the Chug It organization.

Spice’s backup dancer also revealed that the venue that Chug It was going to hold the Labor Day Weekend show at is a venue she’s never heard of before and that if indeed something was supposed to be kept there, it would be in the morning and not so late in the night.

On top of that, she claimed that Chug It was also trying to pull Spice into a second scam by inviting her to an after-party, which was going to be held the next day.

    Spice’s fans have continued to send her support during this time;

“We stand with you Spice,” one fan commented.

“This look like them use Spice name fe promote them event, so its like bait and switch. Them can’t win God is in control,” another concluded with a red heart.

Since the allegations started Chug It official Instagram has been made private and comments turned off, as Spice’s fans who are not be messed with bombarded their page over the issue.

Bambii shares new EP TRUCK RIDDIM
The first single featuring Miami’s BEAM dropped earlier this month.

Earlier this month, innovative Toronto DJ/producer Bambii shared her single “TRUCK RIDDIM” alongside Miami-based artist BEAM; her first release since the Pamputtae-assisted “NITEVISION” back in 2019. Today, she returns with the short but sweet EP TRUCK RIDDIM, featuring an official remix with Kingston, Jamaica’s LatyKim as well as an instrumental version of the title track.

Much like “NITEVISION,” Bambii’s take on dancehall pushes the genre’s boundaries. Where BEAM’s delivery bounces over booming, synth-heavy production, LatyKim’s remix serves as the perfect hot girl anthem over something slightly more industrial. On both versions, Bambii has created dancefloor-ready jams primed for perfectly timed wheel ups.

Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott Rekindled Relationship Under New Rules, Fans React

The pair seems to have rekindled things after a two-year breakup in 2019. However, while they share a daughter, they won’t be in an exclusive relationship like before. TMZ reported that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have both agreed to be in an open relationship, much to the dismay of their fans.

The pair was recently spotted partying in Miami for his birthday at the LIV nightclub in Miami, sparking rumors that they were together again.

On Tuesday, they were spotted together spending quality family time with their daughter Stormi who they took to Disneyland. They were also seen recently on a date night with Justin and Haley Bieber and Kendall Jenner, and Devin Booker.

According to news reports, the couple broke up in 2019, and now with their new relationship status, Kylie, 23, and Travis, 30, also wants to keep seeing other people.

Of course, their reconciliation doesn’t come as a surprise for fans rooting for the relationship as the two remained on good terms after the breakup and were even publicly praising each other on social media over the past year and a half. They have also shared how they are coping with the Covid-19 pandemic as they spent time co-parenting their daughter, Stormi, together.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, who is a Grammy nominee, also seemed to have spent quarantine time together as he appeared in one of her TikTok videos, which caused fans to speculate about them still being together.

Their fans have been reacting to the news on Twitter with mixed reaction. Most fans seems to be happy that they’re back together but skeptical that they will remain given the current understanding between them.

Rkomi – Nuovo Range Lyrics (feat. Sfera Ebbasta)

[Testo di “NUOVO RANGE” ft. Sfera Ebbasta]

    [Intro: Rkomi]
    Oh-oh

    [Strofa 1: Rkomi]
Ho pensato a cosa sei, per me sai cosa sei?
Io non pensavo nemmеno che stessimo uscendo

    [Pre-Ritornello: Rkomi]
    Facciamo l’amore ore e ore

Mentre scattano i flash, io e te usciamo dal back

    [Strofa 2: Sfera Ebbasta]
Io quelli come te li riconosco dai gesti

Posso comprarti Gucci, oppure Louis, oppure Fendi (Uh)
Quelle come te han solo bisogno d’amore

[Pre-Ritornello: Rkomi, Rkomi & Sfera Ebbasta]
    Facciamo l’amore ore e ore

Mentre scattano i flash, io e te usciamo dal back

    [Outro: Rkomi]
    Facciamo l’amore ore e ore
    Facciamo l’amore ore e ore

Woman Who Got $50K Scholarship in Drake’s “God’s Plan” Video Graduate College

Destiny Paris James, who first appeared in Drake’s “God’s Plan” video, is graduating as she shares the joyous occasion of completing her Master’s degree journey with the financial help of the Canadian rapper.

On Wednesday, she shared photos of herself in a white dress complete with a sash draped around her neck and her cap in her hands as she looked off in the distance. James appeared in the 2018 video, which showed Drake surprising her and also further surprising her with a cheque of $50,000 to help her complete her education.

The South Carolina woman is graduating from the University of North Carolina’s Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health with a Master’s Degree in Public Health Behaviour.

At the time of her donation, she was still pursuing undergraduate education at the University of Miami. The donation by Drake covered parts of her undergraduate studies and her Master’s studies.

The now-23-year-old graduated in 2019 with her bachelor’s degree in public health and went on to pursue studies at UNC. She shared that the donation by Drake has helped her to achieve her lifelong goal of being certified in public health.

“Public Health has been a passion of mine since 2016 when my dad passed from stage 4 lung cancer,” she said in an interview to the Shade Room. “Obtaining this degree is something I will always be proud of! The obstacles I was able to overcome fueled my fire and I am so proud to say I am now a graduate of the #1 ranked public school for public health in the country.”

In a post shared on her social media announcing her graduation, she said, “Mama, I mastered it. Daddy, I did it,” in tribute to her father who died of cancer just as she completed her freshman year in Miami. “4 days until I am officially UNC Alum.”

Drake shared his pride at the announcement, responding via a comment – “LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DES,” he wrote, to which Destiny responded, “@champagnepapi [two blue heart emojis] THANK YOUUUU!!”

In a separate interview, James said she never applied for the scholarship from Drake. However, she was at the time applying for financial aid as an undergrad student. Her motivational essay eventually made the rounds to other departments, which explains why it probably reached Drake’s camp. She was eventually invited by the assistant vice president of university advancement to be featured in a video aimed at motivating the school’s alumni. Her reaction of surprise in “God’s Plan” was genuine as she had no idea what the video was about or who would be there, she said in a student newspaper interview.

“This was the surprise the whole time,” Destiny wrote in her 2018 Instagram post, which included photos of herself and the rapper after the video shoot. “Drake told me that he has read great things about me and appreciates how hard I’ve worked through so many trials and decided to give me $50K for my tuition. @champagnepapi THANK YOU SO MUCH!!’ You don’t understand what this means to me! I would’ve never imagined this happening to me. I’m just a girl from Denmark, SC that wants to MAKE IT and be somebody and for you to see my hard work means the world.”

Yungeen Ace Details His Encounter With 6ix9ine At His Show

Yungeen Ace is continuing to deny that he had a run-in backstage with fellow rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine during the rapper’s concert.

In and Instagram live stream with DJ Akademiks, 6ix9ine claimed that Florida rapper Yungeen Ace was backstage his show in Miami last week. 6ix9ine also claimed that the rapper, who he’s had beef with, walked right by him and did not step to him.

The beef between the two first started when Yungeen Ace called out Tekashi 6ix9ine for snitching and said he didn’t respect him. Ace did make a point, however, that he would work with 6ix9ine if given the opportunity as it was just business. Needless to say, the comment didn’t sit well with Tekashi, who was recently released from prison after serving a reduced sentence in exchange for his testimony which implicated several members of his former gang.

Speaking in the interview with DJ Akademiks, Tekashi said, “F*ck all that. Yungeen Ace was at my show yesterday. F*ck all of the things that we talking about. Street rappers were at my show yesterday. If they want the static, I was there. He was at the show. He was backstage, he seen me, everything.”

The “Who I Smoke” rapper responded to Tekashi on his Instagram story, sharing the post with 6ix9ine’s claim and writing, “Mann dis ni**a so cap bra [laughing emoji]..wdf.”

Yungeen Ace’s denial story was sadly short-lived, as DJ Akademiks, who the rapper has also had beef with, later dug up a photo that showed the rapper was indeed at the Trillerfest event where Tekashi performed.

Yungeen Ace later explained the encounter in a live stream, saying he did see Tekashi, but the encounter did not quite happen how 6ix9ine said it did.

In the video, Ace said, “that ni**a was scared as f**k man.. then the nigga said he ain’t know me but he seen me in there. These ni**as trippin. This ni**a was in a car. This ni**a rolled past only time I seen this guy.”

Ace went on to say that Tekashi was masked up, with his chains tucked, and he was basically hiding in his car.

Fans have since been calling out Ace, stating that he’s a straight-up liar. One user commented, “Thought he wasn’t there?” while another added, “You said you never seen him.”

On the other hand, one Tekashi 6ix9ine supporter declared, “THEY ALL TALK HOT ON THE INTERNET BUT CAN’T EVEN TOUCH HIM IN REAL LIFE.”

Fans are now anxiously awaiting 69’s response to the ‘he said, he said’ saga.

    Yeah (Wop)
    Ha, yeah

    [Chorus: BIG30]
    Man, this shit crazy

This murder shit ain’t nothin’ to me, whackin’ shit on the daily
Lil’ bitch say she ain’t heard of me, told the lil’ bitch she gazin’
Still trappin’ up out my flip, wish I could go trap out my pages

    [Verse 1: Gucci Mane]
I see these niggas hatin’, I ain’t losin’ sleep about it, though
Members creep like TLC, .223 shells out the Jeep
No one gon’ take care of me the way that I take care of me
Get booked in from security, your bodyguard ain’t scarin’ me
Put your friend in therapy, you know I did it, barely live
Askin’ me, “Take care of it,” I squash it if I pay the bills
I don’t plan to take his gang to play, no, I don’t play with them
I don’t freepick niggas, when I beef, I show no favoritism
Lil’ boy still need training wheels, these army guns, not baby pistols
All these folks and babies in my house, I’m like a babysitter
Gucci Mane, it’s Shiesty, twins, we bait ’em and then play the nigga
But shit get frenzy, twin F&N’s, stand on ten, I raised the nigga
Shootin’ first, then did the verse, my bank account go crazy, nigga

Tekashi 6ix9ine Returning To The Stage After Almost Losing Millions In Jewelry

Tekashi 6ix9ine is ready to retake the stage after he almost had his chain snatched during his last performance.

Since becoming a free man again, Tekashi 6ix9ine has been keeping it high-key on the gram though perhaps low-key in real life. This weekend, things changed when he made his grand return to the stage in Orlando, Florida for his first live performance since his release. Prior to this, the rapper who has earned a reputation in hip-hop for being a rat was often threatened and intimidated about making certain appearances.

6ix9ine scoffed at his opps this weekend in Orlando when he not only put on a high-energy performance in the club but also decided to crowd-surf. During the time that he was at the mercy of his screaming fans when he dived recklessly into the audience, the rapper had his hat knocked off, and his $2 million chains were next. Lucky for 6ix9ine after his jewelry was yanked by fans, a member of his security team retrieved it from the ground.

Amidst the close-call performance, the New York rapper took to Instagram in true gang culture fashion to boast that he still has his chain. “He NoT GonNa bE Able tO cOmE ouTsiDE,” 6ix9ine captioned a video of the incident on the gram. “JUMPED IN THE CROWD WITH ALL MY JEWELRY 2,000,000 WORTH. REAL LIFE > THE INTERNET If you mad just say that don’t @ me.”

Many would think the rapper would consider taking a short hiatus from the stage after this incident, but instead, he continued to taunt his opps on social media, promoting yet another upcoming show in Miami. “THEY SAID HE CANT DO NO SHOWS IN AMERICA,” 6ix9ine wrote. “THIS SATURDAY MIAMI. MIAMI MARINE STADIUM. THE BEST PERFORMANCE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN !! SEE YOU THERE.”

While the rapper can simply opt to stay on the stage this time, some still question whether his live performances are a good idea right now. Do you think Tekashi 6ix9ine is taking a huge risk with this next show in Miami?

Pretty Ricky’s Baby Blue Shot In Attempted Robbery And In Critical Condition

Pretty Ricky rapper Baby Blue remains in critical condition after being shot in a robbery attempt.

Another rapper has suffered at the hands of gun violence. Reports indicate that Pretty Ricky rapper Baby Blue was shot in Miami, Florida, earlier this morning, April 21, after he was approached by two armed robbers while at a local bowling alley. Information provided by Hollywood Unlocked also indicated that the rapper is currently in critical condition. The confirmation of his current status came from his team. They added that doctors were working on trying and saving his life.

Other sources who spoke with the Shade Room confirmed that the cast member of Love and Hip Hop: Miami was injured in the shooting in the very early hours of this morning at SpareZ Bowling Alley in Davie, Florida. TMZ also broke the news with information that they received from law enforcement.

Some reports indicated that two unknown suspects approached two victims, including Baby Blue, whose real name is Diamond Blue Smith. During the ensuing confrontation, the assailants were able to grab a gold chain necklace. The Davie Police Department confirmed that one of the suspects fired shots after the robbery and that one of the victims of the robbery had been hit in the shoulder.

Baby Blue was hosting a release party for his new single “Jerry Rice” at the bowling alley. According to his team, he was injured after trying to stop the robbery. They used Instagram to reach out to fans.

As has been commonplace with a lot of incidents of this nature not too long after the incident, graphic video footage began making the rounds on social media. A portion of the video shows Blue on the floor as an onlooker scream for help.

Pretty Ricky found their success in Miami starting in the mid-2000s after releasing their albums Bluestars and Late Night Special, which both were gold certified. They also had some platinum singles, including “Grind With Me” and “On The Hotline.” Pretty Ricky reemerged in 2019 when they joined The Millennium Tour alongside acts like B2K and Mario.

Though it hasn’t been confirmed that authorities are talking about the same shooting, the Davie Police Department released the following statement around the time of the robbery: “We’re currently seeking information regarding the suspect(s). One suspect wearing a black hoodie with a face covering, second suspect wearing a grey hoodie with face covering. … It is believed there is no specific, outstanding threat to the community at this time. The shooting does not appear to be a random act of violence. This investigation is still active and ongoing, updates may be released as they become available.” Prayers up for Baby Blue at this time.

You find yourself trying to do my dance
    Maybe ’cause you love me
    Ladies

    [Pre-Chorus]
So then we tried thinking it slow now
Because you weren’t used to how fast we touched (Fast we touched)
Then we locked eyes and I knew I was in there
And I was gon’ tear your ass up (Tear your ass up)

    [Chorus]
I know that I’m carrying on, never mind if I’m showing off
I was just frontin’ (You know I want you, babe)
I’m ready to bury it all, unless you don’t carе at all
But you know I want ya (You should stop frontin’, babe)

    [Verse 2]
Tryna be the bеst girlfriend you could be
But still you peak and look at me, and girl, I love it
    Uh-huh, uh
Then you give your other girls a show
Tell her you gon’ call her, ask how it was
And she’s gon’ love it, woah-oh-oh-oh

    [Pre-Chorus]
So then we tried singing it slow now
Because you weren’t used to how fast we touched (Fast we touched)
Then we locked eyes and I knew I was in there
And I was gon’ tear your ass up (Tear your ass up)

    [Chorus]
I know that I’m carrying on, never mind if I’m showing off
I was just frontin’, you know I want you, babe
I’m ready to bury it all, unless you don’t care at all
But you know I want ya, you should stop frontin’, babe

    [Bridge]
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah

    [Verse 3]
She said I picture bright red stop signs
I picture “Don’t walk here” [?] mop signs
I picture all of the bullshit we been through
Now you just picture the picture of what I picture when I picture you
Picture two pictures of lemonade, the sweetest of lips
You used to pitch me the idea that you want my dick
Whenever we split like banana and empty the clip
‘Cause we be at war then come together like an eclipse
Because of the stick, the stigma shouldn’t be like this
But shit, the stigma of crossin’ lines, reason we trip
And fallin’ in love but true gon’ fall from above
A shot of the cupid ’til it crosses the flock of a dove
And that’s a fancy way of sayin’ you ain’t shit
After all this time, this is what I get?
Like the slang of a Miami nigga, in his words
“You the opposite of truth, you ain’t legit, legit”
    I’m tryna flip the switch
Of feelings as you insist to bitch
But momma taught me never call a girl out of her name
For now, you and I [?]

    [Chorus]
I know that I’m carrying on, never mind if I’m showing off
I was just frontin’, you know I want you, babe
I’m ready to bury it all, unless you don’t care at all
But you know I want ya, you should stop frontin’, babe

    [Outro]
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah, ah-ah-ah
    Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah

Watchin’ niggas get blown back (Blown back)
I just think you should know that (Know that)
    Addiction came from my dad

I came from a place where this shit get real (Get real)
I was havin’ troubles tryna find my next meal (Next meal)
I felt so good when I signed my deal (Yeah, I signed that)

I brought all my niggas, everyone out the field (The field)
I hopped in the stu’ with the fire on me (Boom!)

    Bladee – I’m Goofy Lyrics

    [Verse 1]
Put a pill in a McFlurry, I’m goofy
Shoot me, acting for the cameras, it’s a movie
    I can see you’re gloomy, ’cause I’m too T’d
I’m a dog on the roof like Snoopy
Sue me, hate me ’cause you’re not me
I’m a white boy, 30 in my khakis
In the Uber and I sleep, f*ck a car key
Love the smell of gasoline, bleach and sharpies
I was on Miami beach on a dark street
I wake up with sweaty sheets, sometimes it’s deep
I’ma smoke a pound of weed if I can’t sleep
If you can’t sleep, you should call me
I’m in Stockholm for a week, I move discreet
Acting crazy off the coke, you can get beat
I make money off of songs, so it came free
So it goes free, put it on me

    [Chorus]
I don’t wanna fight, nothing to talk about, walk it out
If you mad, don’t wanna talk it out with you, Mickey Mouse
I’m inside the mansion, can’t get out, get your feelings out
Gatekeeper, lock you out, Rainworld, we lock it down
MIA, I’m missing, can’t be found, that’s without a doubt
Do it for the money like a clown, watch me falling down
Swimming in the deep end, you might drown, I’ma bleed the crown
I can’t feel the ground when I walk around

    [Verse 2]
I’ma take a moment for my mind, we used to be tight

I go even deeper in the night, I’ma read my rights
I don’t wanna open what you write, in another life
I get in my feelings like a knife, my heart’s bleeding out
I have tears inside and I don’t even know how to cry
But it’s giving me a drive, I just go on with my life
Tell me why you do me like you do, you don’t need to lie
    I’ma paint a smile, it’s a disguise, I finesse you twice

    [Bridge]
High five me, three strike me, you like me? That’s funny
I’m worried ’bout money, not about you, you’re ugly
You’re old news, that’s dusty, I’m edgy, don’t push me
I hang with some junkies, I’m shady, don’t trust me

    [Outro]
    I’m bleeding out

    [Solo]

S’on ti lanmou ki très sexy
S’on ti lanmou ki pa easy
    Paske m’ap viv nan Miami
Ou menm ou nan New-York City
Dènye fwa m’ wè w ou te en Haïti
    En compagnie de tes amis
Epi yo di ke m’ twò piti
Tellement m’ fremi, mwen ta mouri

Y’on ti lanmou ki très sexy
Y’on ti lanmou ki pa easy
    Paske m’ap viv nan Miami
Ou menm ou nan New-York City

    [Intro]
    Oh, oh-oh-oh
    Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
    Oh, oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
    Look

    [Chorus]
Said we in Miami, we just left Mr. Jones
With a hundred bitches that’s down, ready to fuck
She said she wanna be about ten
I’m like, “Your ass seems fat enough”
Before you get that, you better go get a tummy tuck
She like, “Papi, can you give me fifty-five hundred?”
I ain’t givin’ you shit unless you suck all of us
She went upstairs and gave my lil’ homie some pussy
The lil’ nigga fucked around, nigga, I swear

    [Verse]
She came out the room like, “Papi, my ass hurt”
She just put up with mad work, yeah

When you down, we run up that shower
Brеak it down in the back, girl
If I say that you mine, that mean that you ours
You can’t put me first, that’s backwards

    [Chorus]
Said we in Miami, we just left Mr. Jones
With a hundred bitches that’s down, ready to fuck

    A conocer
    Si hoy me deprimen
    Dime que has hecho Panoramix

Complejos me martirizan, mi mente viaja deprisa

    Algo anda mal
    Nadie ha recapacitado
Todos van de lado a lado
    Sin mirar al lado fatigados
Acostumbrados a que todo siga igual
Por eso llorar es un lujo espiritual

    Groovenics – Booty Barn Lyrics

    You got that rump shaker
    It’s definitely your heartbreaker
Break me off a piece of that ass
So I can hit it really fast
If you don’t want me to leave ya
Bend over and ill believe ya
You’ll be mine and ill be sure to bring you to my booty barn
The kingdom down south is the place with the mouth
All the hoochies in the house scream Miami
Give us this day our daily head
And I pray and I pray

Swing your booty round and round round and round round and round
Swing your booty round and round ass in the air face in the ground
Swing your booty round and round round and round round and round
Swing your booty round and round

Smoochie boochie you old hoochie coochie
Ride you in in the style of a poochie
As long as you got that mile wide booty Ill get fruity
If you turn mutt baby you won’t become my slut
You’ll be mine and ill be sure to bring you to my booty barn
The kingdom down south is the place with the mouth
All the bitches in the house scream Miami
Give us this day our daily head
And I pray and I pray

    I am not a pimp
Can’t you see IM just a gimp
    Living my small fairy tale
    It would be nice
Not having to role the dice

Wish I could wear a vale
    Being me will
Only make you want to kill
    You’re own self-esteem
    Put me in a place
Where IM not a big disgrace
Like the circus or my dreams

Swing your booty round and round round and round round and round
Swing your booty round and round ass in the air face in the ground
Swing your booty round and round round and round round and round
Swing your booty round and round

    You got that rump shaker
    It’s definitely your heartbreaker
Break me off a piece of that ice
So I can drink you like a slice
If you don’t want me to leave ya
Bend over and ill believe ya
You’ll be mine and ill be sure to bring you to my booty barn
The kingdom down south is the place with the mouth
All the hoochies in the house scream Miami
Give us this day our daily head
And I pray and I pray

    I am not a pimp
Can’t you see IM just a gimp
    Living my small fairy tale
    It would be nice
Not having to role the dice
Wish I could wear a vale
    Being me will
Only make you want to kill
